She really listens to all of your concerns and needs and is always willing to make adjustments throughout the session. I can’t recommend her enough for all hairstyle needs and cuts especially. I’m already looking forward to my next haircut with her!

This was my first haircut in Chicago, and I’m happy to say it was a positive experience overall. I booked my appointment over the phone and went with whichever stylist was available, which turned out to be Morsa. She did a great job with my haircut. When I arrived, the staff was busy with other clients, but they still greeted me and made me feel welcome. Morsa was warm and attentive she asked what I had in mind, looked at the references I showed her, and I trusted her with the creative freedom to do what suited my hair best. She shared helpful tips on how to maintain the style and even recommended products/shampoo, which I appreciated. The only cons were small but worth noting: I wasn’t offered any refreshments (I had to ask for water), after my haircut my clothes weren’t brushed off so I still had hair all over, and there’s a $3 charge for their recycling program which is a great initiative, but it would have been nice to know about it while booking. Overall, a good first haircut experience in the city with just a few areas for improvement!
