Ive always struggled to find a hair stylist to give me the perfect blonde, until I found Jordan. Each time its all business and perfection for someone who has had a tough time finding a hair stylist in Chicago that can achieve the perfect blonde. If you are like me and looking for that light, cool, consistent color - look no further, Jordan Volanti is your girl!!!

I recently had a great experience with Alex (Jordan) at Salon Hype in La Grange. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming and professional. Any anxiety I had about getting a haircut went away. Alex really took the time to listen to what I wanted; long layers and face framing pieces. Alex was confident and it was evident that she has a passion for her craft. She loves what she does and she's so good at it! Her dedication to customer service was exceptional and it really made the entire experience (it was my first time visiting a hair salon in over 7 years!) truly enjoyable. Alex at Salon Hype in La Grange will be my go-to hair girl from now on. 10/10 recommend booking an appointment with her. Seriously. Thank you Alex, I'm obsessed with my new hair!

Update: After my initial experience, the salon reached out to me and offered to fix the issue. I really appreciate how professionally and kindly they handled everything. They gave me a different stylist who did an amazing job, and I left the salon very happy this time. I also really liked how genuinely they wanted to improve their service — that meant a lot to me. Thank you for listening and caring. I’m updating my rating and adding stars because the follow-up service truly made a difference! Original review: I’m going to be honest. I had long hair and asked for a shoulder-length cut, along with some advice on how to style it best. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was very disappointing. I’ve had it for a few days now and tried my best to style it, but the ends were left too thick, and the face-framing bangs didn’t turn out well. The hairdresser was sweet and nice, but the result just wasn’t good.
