Dee Urbanas did a great job! I was indecisive on what I wanted to do and which color I wanted, so I was feeling a little anxious. She made me feel comfortable and gave me a lot of great information on how to care for my new hairstyle. She was aware I was afraid of damage to my scalp/hair (having not done this before) and took care to minimize damage. Price seemed very reasonable also. Too bad I forgot to take before & after photos. Only downside is that the layout of the Lofts is odd. The walls of each loft do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so you can clearly hear what everyone is saying in the lofts next to you. FYI for those with allergies - when I went, her (very cute and friendly) service dog was also hanging out in the loft. Also - avoid Heather Page! Heed all of the bad reviews on here about her. She is in the loft near Dee’s and during my appointment, she left the building right before a client of hers arrived. She never showed up to honor the appointment.

I needed my brows done. I decided I wanted a powder Brow. Made an appt. with Inna. Loft 12. From the moment I met her I knew I was in the right place. She is very professional. She listened to what I wanted, explained every step she made. Talk to me consulted with me all the way through. Very clean very hygienic. My brows look great. This is day three for me, no pain, no redness they are still a little darker than they will be but they look great. I'm very pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend lnna loft 12. Inna is an artist. I am so pleased that I found her.
