Emily immediately put me at ease and gave her honest professional opinion about what would suit me best. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I’ve honestly never felt so relaxed during a hair appointment. She was really transparent about the process too, explaining that the colour would be a little lighter at first because of how blonde my hair already was. I really appreciated her honesty as it meant I went into it with the right expectations. From start to finish the whole appointment was flawless, and I’m absolutely over the moon with the final result. Emily is incredibly talented and such a lovely person. We chatted the whole time and it genuinely felt like I’d known her for years. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.
