My family was visiting from out of town and needed our hair done for a Sunday wedding. Somi was able to fit us in, listened to what we wanted, and gave us beautiful hairstyles. We loved the final result! She worked quickly but meticulously to help us get out the door on time too. A big thank you to Somi for a wonderful experience. We definitely plan to go back when we’re in town.

Somi did a beautiful job on my hair. I live in the area and made an appointment. I got a shampoo, layered haircut, deep conditioning treatment and blow dry. My hair came out gorgeous and felt healthy and bouncy. Somi was very sweet and warm as well. I will be back!

This reply for the customer name her Sarah that’s why I put here because my phone is not allowed to add photo. Hi, I received your review and I see that you were not happy with my service. I want to explain my side clearly. I have been working in this field for 10–12 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. When you came to my salon, you asked for a shampoo and blow-dry. My regular price for fine hair is $55. However, you have very curly hair, which takes more time and work, so I told you the price would be $75. You said you did not want to pay $75, so I gave you a discount and agreed on $55. I gave you a full shampoo with a proper massage, and then I blow-dried your hair and styled it. I was almost finished—there was only one small section left—when you suddenly said you didn’t like it. Then you told me you were not going to pay and claimed I didn’t know how to blow-dry or style hair. I explained that I am a licensed cosmetologist and a professional, and that I know how to do my job. You complained about my tools, even though that is not related to the quality of the service. I have many photos on Google showing my work, and I have great reviews from other clients. What you wrote in your review about me not knowing how to blow-dry hair is not true. It felt like you were trying to avoid paying. If you were having trouble with the price, you could have simply told me. Instead, you began raising your voice, refused to pay, and started recording everything for TikTok. Because of this situation, I had no choice but to call the police. I also have photos and proof of your hair before and after—your hair was very curly when you came in and smooth and straight when you left. You walked out without paying the full amount. Later, you came back and gave me $10, but when I refused, you took the money back and left. You still owe me $55. The police have your information, and they stated that you are now trespassing. I always do my best for every client, but this situation was extremely difficult and unfair. I want other readers to know the truth: this customer caused unnecessary problems and refused to pay for the service she received.
