I appreciated that so much it helped me understand what I wanted and what would work best for my lifestyle. My hair came out fabulous!! She gave me amazing tips to help me improve my hair care routine as someone who tends to air dry their hair more often than blow dry. Carmel is a gem she was the easiest person to talk to. As a native New Yorker considering this was the best hair cut experience I’ve had. I didn’t feel like anyone was pressuring me to buy any extra products, every interaction I had from Felicity who washed my hair with her calming energy to the front desk everyone was so kind and warm. Kelly gave me a thorough consultation and along with my amazing hairstylist Devin they made sure my cut and color would work perfectly together. Kelly carefully lifted my hair color and meticulously sectioned the hair so all the colored pieces fall in perfect harmony.
