Rosie and the girls always look after me so well. Coffee and cake is always offered and the friendly atmosphere is lovely. Chloe worked her magic with colour and my greys have vanished! The treatment and head massage she gave me afterwards was divine! Love my hair cut by Rosie and she blow dried the result creating lots of body and a tousled finish, a nice change for me. Thank you all.

From the moment you walk in you are made to feel valued and special- offered refreshments hot and cold- even a slice of homemade cake! The stylists are all welcoming and friendly very competent and knowledgable about all things hair related too . This time my stylist was Lisa (my previous stylist is off on leave- she was great too) Lisa was lovely! So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about both cutting my hair and also colouring it. She gave me great advice and tips to take away with me I am delighted with the result. I feel so much more confident and everyone is commenting. This was my second visit and I will definitely be back. Would thoroughly recommend Salon 16 to everyone, and Lisa- you were amazing! Thank you.

I found Salon Sixteen after I moved to the area four years ago. I have had haircuts with several stylists there and they are all exceptional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - there is such a lovely atmosphere when you walk in, and nice touches like cake with coffee! Music is great too! All the staff are so friendly and you never feel intimidated or judged. I particularly recommend Emily as she listens carefully to what you want and is so easy to talk to, but everyone seems great!

I have been going to Saloon Sixteen for a little while now and have always had a positive experience. Today I was late for my appointment but Emily couldn’t have been more accommodating and nice about it! Emily didn’t rush the appointment at all and having asked her to put more layers in Emily kindly did this and I am so pleased with the results. A lovely experience and I would highly recommend to friends and family.
