Tayo was very kind, asked lots of questions to understand exactly what I wanted, and also suggested her own ideas. My partner came along with me for emotional support, but as soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted with care. Even though everyone had their hands full, they still made sure to acknowledge me and make us both feel at home. Now, regarding my (first, professional) haircut (in over 10 years)… Christine took the time to listen to all my scattered thoughts and helped me decide what haircut would be most suitable for my wants and needs. She was patient, kind, careful, AND extremely informative throughout the entire process; reassuring any of my doubts with her deep passion for her craft and undeniable expertise.
