I went to the location in Chisago City, MN and my stylist was Brittany Hoefler. Its very clean, welcoming, and overall beautiful inside. Brittany informed me that she is a new employee of that location, which may make some people nervous, but she was amazing; she was very welcoming, easy to talk to, and supportive of the ideas I had for my hair. Brittany and I laughed together and she made my vision come to life, she even said, "your hair was meant to be cut this way". I expressed how nervous I was for the appointment, as I haven't been to a salon for years, but Brittany made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and she didn't just chop my hair into what i asked for; she took her time, keeping length to go back to later if we wanted it shorter. If you see this, thank you so much Brittany! ❤️❤️
