Harsha Thadani — 5/5 (via Google)
Phenomenal Experience at Salon12! I had such a fantastic experience at Salon12! I went in for a tint, colour, and blow-dry, and I was truly well taken care of from start to finish. I have to specifically shout out Sharon—she is hands down the best hairdresser who has ever cut my hair. The results are amazing; my hair literally never felt so good! If you’re looking for exceptional service and stunning results, I can definitely recommend this salon and Sharon.
Elaine Tapsell — 5/5 (via Google)
Have had a couple of issues trying to find a hair dresser that would listen and understand my needs. Went to Salon Twelve in Crawley, spoke with the stylist, showed pictures from the internet and previous pictures I had on my phone. I was absolutely delighted that Sharon was able to not only understand my needs but deliver what I wanted. It was also nice to see some of the younger stylists taking an interest in my needs and questioning Sharon so they understood what I was wanting and how Sharon was making it happen. Thank you Salon Twelve and see you in 6 weeks.

Salon twelve is amazing . I have been going since it opened Millie is my hairdresser and she’s absolutely amazing. My daughter now goes and has Millie. And now my granddaughter who has autism goes to see one of the other girls and they are absolutely fantastic with her. I really cannot recommend salon Twelve enough. Thank you for being so kind to my Daisy.xxx
