Customer Reviews for Salt Water Tattoo
Meghan K — 4/5 (via Google)
Very cool, clean shop and the artists do amazing traditional work. Great selection of flash tattoos. My only complaint was that my artist Brandon had a very heavy hand while moving around to tattoo. I bruised pretty bad from the roughness and I think also because I was laying down for the tattoo. He did a great job otherwise 👍

From booking to completion this shop is the best. Joey Ilardi worked around an existing tattoo to create an awesome sleeve. He worked with my schedule and I was able to get the whole sleeve done in the time constraints I had. The shop is always clean and the artists make it a fun environment to be in.

Matt is insanely talented and a really cool dude all around. He rocked this panther out in under 20 minutes and blew my mind with both his speed and technical abilities. My first experience in the shop was a great one, and I will definitely be coming back!

8 year client review - This shop is seriously incredible. Everyone here is insanely talented and genuinely sweet, which isn’t always easy to find together. I’ve been tattooed by multiple artists here (4) but Brandon has done basically my entire arm and I trust him completely his work has held up beautifully over the years. My flowers are still just as bright now as they were when I got them in 2018, even with tanning and sun exposure. The older man (can’t remember his name) but he helps out at the front desk is the sweetest man ever. He organizes and greets and does the paperwork, I had gotten up from my clavicle pieces and didn’t feel right and he immediately gave me a piece of candy and offered water I felt so safe and taken care of here every time I go. Joey is also phenomenal, especially with Japanese-style work. The level of detail, flow, and color saturation is unreal. The shop specializes in traditional and Japanese styles and it really shows in the quality and longevity of the tattoos. If you’re looking for artists who care about their craft and their clients, this is the place. I even got stationed in Cali and waited to get any further tattoos. I only want my tattoos to be done at this shop! (Photos shown are tattoos all from this shop)
