Such a beautiful space! I have tried a lot of infrared saunas and this was by far my favourite one yet. The sauna itself was so large that you could lay down in it, it also had a very comfortable back rest, a beautiful robe included and a delicious electrolyte water for after. Every small detail of the experience has been well thought out and I would highly recommend!

Just finished my second fat freezing session and I’ve seen such awesome results already. I’m feeling so much more confident! Mon is incredible, she always makes me feel super comfortable, and we end up chatting for hours every time I’m there. The infrared sauna is also a must. It’s so fancy, relaxing, and honestly the perfect spot for a self-care day. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. And if you’ve been thinking about trying fat freezing but you’re hesitant... this is your sign. Do it!! Totally worth it and I’ve seen real results!

I had an amazing time at Salt in the inferred sauna! It was a very spacious and calming environment. We were left with a space to unwind and relax after our session with a glass of hydralytes to refresh. The little (big) details make such a difference to any other experience. I will be returning!! 😍

5 stars!! The experience I’ve had at Saltt is unmatched. I received a cryolipolysis treatment for my armpit/bra fat area and have genuinely noticed a big difference. Mon is so knowledgeable and attentive which has made the whole process so easy.
