Came by after being recommended by my friend and I had such a great experience with Amya she was my piercer. I was a little scared cause I'm getting my second hole redone but she made it so easy! It didn't hurt at all just a little pinch. She explained how to care for my new piercing and was very very thorough and clean! I'm definitely be coming back for my 3rd piercing. Definitely come here! The shop is spotless, the staff is kind, and the work speaks for itself 💯

Leah did my second lobe piercing and it was such a great experience. She was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable, especially since I was a little nervous at first. She explained everything before she started and made sure I was ready. The piercing was really quick and barely hurt. Everything was very clean and professional, and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. I love how my ears turned out and I’d definitely go back to her again. Highly recommend Leah if you’re thinking about getting a lobe piercing!

Sony, our piercer, was very very sweet and had super good energy. I will definitely be back for more stuff once my ears are healed (got my thirds). Whole staff is very friendly and nice, no need to google piercers near me anymore! This is my go-to now.

I visited this shop while in South Florida for my birthday and had an overall positive experience — especially with how management handled a concern afterward. The studio was welcoming, clean, and had a friendly front desk team. My friends and I each got small pieces and initially left happy with the results. Within two weeks, however, both of my tattoos (hand/wrist placement) faded significantly. I understand those areas can sometimes require touch-ups, but that expectation wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. Because I don’t live locally, returning for a touch-up wasn’t realistic, so I reached out to discuss possible options. This is where the experience truly stood out. I had the opportunity to speak with Alex, who was incredibly receptive, professional, and willing to listen. He took the time to understand my perspective without defensiveness and acknowledged that clearer communication could have happened. Given the circumstances, he offered a fair and thoughtful resolution. In today’s world, that level of accountability and customer care goes a long way. It showed me that the leadership behind this business values integrity and is open to growth when opportunities arise. Because of how this was handled, I would absolutely consider returning in the future. Knowing that management stands behind their work and treats clients with respect makes all the difference.
