My daughter and my granddaughter used to frequent hair until they moved out of state. Sarah, the owner is kind and she understands what you want. It was a good experience. It took 8.5 hours only because it was one braider on my hair (which I prefer) and I got long braids. All my braids are even- the same size. Nene did a good job. I am satisfied.
