Saroop is amazing ! I have been coming here for over 20 years! She is very talented and does amazing work. She is very gentle and can thread your eyebrows within minutes. Super fast! Saroop has over 25 years of experience and you can definitely tell. I am a loyal customer because her work is so amazing and her personality is a joy. Very fair prices and so welcoming :) This is my go to spot when I get my eyebrows threaded in Waterbury!

I have been coming here for close to 17 years. Tried going somewhere else once and got my eyebrows messed up, came back to Saroop's and got them back to how they used to be. They are truly the best. Great customer service, no long waits, great pricing and just great service over all(and I never got hurt with the threading) . Love coming to Saroop's.

Little gem on the Waterbury/Watertown line. Stop going to eyebrow places at the mall. This is a nice salon. There is usually parking right in front of the business. The owner actually listens to how you want your eyebrows. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. Great service.
