This was just what my husband and I needed after a very long cold winter! The sauna was so relaxing and the view out over Lake Champlain and the mountains was amazing! Our host Kaitlin was so sweet and friendly! We can't wait to try out the other two locations! Thank you for creating this relaxing and fun adventure!

Such a beautiful location — while inside the sauna we can escape the “big city” of Burlington feeling and have a private little cozy view of the beach and Lake Champlain. Cold plunge is a great temp and nice touch. SAVU’s other locations are way more remote and absolutely stellar as well!

Excellent experience and everything that I had anticipated: great location, professional staff, wonderful setting. A pro tip for others is that the steam from the water tended to increase the inside pressure and push the glass door open. I didn't notice this for the first 15 minutes (I was preoccupied by the view through the window) and so didn't understand why the temperature was not reaching an appropriate sauna level. After I realized what was going on I and made sure to periodically check that the door stayed tightly closed and the temperature reached optimal level.

Wonderful experience! Right on Lake Champlain, with access to the lake to do a cold plunge. The setting is just perfect. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can absolutely feel the relaxing effects of the sauna/cold plunge! 💯 recommend!

Amazing peaceful getaway with the most lovely staff. A little bit of Scandinavia in Vermont! The saunas are nice and hot, have huge windows looking over the lake, and there is a cold plunge pool at around 55 degrees and some Adirondack chairs for resting between sessions. You can also dip in the lake (but need to shower before going back in plunge pool). The setting is on a lovely calm stretch of Lake Champlain adjacent to the SUP + paddle club, nice trees with dappled shade and view over the lake. 70$ for an hour private sauna (for two, or spoil yourself and go solo). Apparently they hace discounted sessions for students on Weds evenings! Worth every cent!
