Was an overall amazing experience! The space is wonderfully decorated and feels so calming and relaxing She specified the treatment to exactly what my scalp and hair needed The essential oils and smells contributed to a rejuvenating experience The shampooing/conditioning, brushing, massaging the neck, shoulders and arms was simply the best! My only suggestion would be a way to allow the client to move or turn or perhaps put a small pillow under the lower back. After 1.5hrs, my back began to hurt from being in the same position! Luckily I was able to turn on my side for the rest of the session This could just be a me- problem though!

There aren't enough words to describe the experience I had at SCaIR Japanese Head Spa. Upon entering the spa, my sister and I were greeted very warmly by Silvie and Kimberly. Beyond the pleasantries, I was very impressed with the well appointed space (gold accents and earthy setting). I opted for the Premium Head Spa option, so I had two hours of pure relaxation with a thorough scalp cleanse, facial, and shoulder massage with Silvie. I learned so much about my scalp, how often I should be washing my hair, and achieved soft, frizz- free hair for my end result! The before and after images of my scalp were incredible. I really noticed a difference in both my scalp and overall hair texture! I purchased some of the products that were used and I'm so glad I did because I've been able to maintain the soft glow that was achieved during my visit. I will be returning in the summer because Silvie and her team have crafted a truly incredible experience!!

I had the Premium Head Spa with the hair growth treatment add-on and it was honestly one of the best self-care experiences I’ve had! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, relaxing, and very professional. Wenndy is always was so knowledgeable and she takes the time to explain each step of the process, especially since I have thin, virgin hair and wanted to focus on scalp health and growth. The entire treatment is always incredibly soothing. I always feel refreshed and my scalp feels so clean, hydrated, and lightweight. My hair had so much more movement and shine afterwards without feeling weighed down at all. If you’re looking to prioritize scalp health or encourage healthier hair growth, I highly recommend this service. I will definitely be coming back!

Wendy was absolutely phenomenal. My visit was worth the hour drive. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very detail oriented during our session. From what I thought would be a shampoo/conditioned head massage turned into a heavenly experience. She provided a photographic scalp analysis, exfoliating, cleansing and conditioning massage with various tools and techniques, hot stone massage on arms and hands, warmed bed, and even blew dry/straightened my hair afterwards while giving me invaluable hair care information. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family. Another plus was the all the products used and sold is organic and free of harsh chemicals.
