Fantastic service on a busy Saturday. I've always subscribed to the idea that a $20-$30 haircut is perfectly fine. Not anymore. You're paying for a great experIence as well as a superb haircut, and in my case a tight beard trim. Everyone was polite and attentive. The atmosphere was busy, but not too crowded. I became a member after one visit it was that impressive.

The staff will make you feel like you have been a regular and it is only your first time. The staff is friendly, fun, and helpful. My son also got his best cut of his life. Oh and the drinks are amazing. Deffently will be going back.

I have only been twice now with the membership and had two different stylists, but everything was great. They greeted you like you belong there, a warm welcome treat right from the jump. The bar is well stocked and the tenders are incredibly friendly. The wait is enjoyable in a comfortable modern area, not a bad seat in the room. Then out comes your professional to get you, I have had a male and female, both were great. Their skills are top notch, and conversation isn't stale or weird, they seem to actually enjoy the time they spend with you, quite a rarity today. I was sent a text and email to remind me it was time to tame the mane again, something that I definitely need being to procrastinating type myself. Schedule is simple, I haven't tried to book the same stylists yet, but my last one was adorable and great at her profession ( I will not reveal her name for my own selfish reason, I want to book her next time so less competition. I'm totally impressed not only by the staff but the other customers have been a good group of people as well. Try them out at least once, you won't regret it. Makes getting a mundane task something you actually want to do.

Zack is freekin amazing . I just said do what you feel good and he killed it. Best place in town and with membership is worth paying every 4 weeks thats amazing ( zack T he's an artist with a razor)

I had one of the best customer service experiences of any kind at Scissors and Scotch. I came in for a same-day haircut in a pinch, and I left with a membership. Their team is one of the most attentive, intuitive, and engaging I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. As someone who spent more than 15 years in the service industry, I was amazed by the team here as really being on the same page. Not to mention one of the best haircuts I've ever had.
