I gave this establishment a try off of a recommendation. Was pleasantly surprised. The craftsmanship in the cut was stellar. However, it was the customer service that won me completely over. I have since moved from Buffalo but make special trips home for myself, husband and sons. I Travel the country and have yet to have an experience like this. AMAZING!!

One word. Amazing. I usually don’t write reviews but this establishment is the blueprint. I am a very busy consultant who doesn’t have time to waste. He is always ALWAYS on time. I can write for days of my experience. But what won me totally over was not the good reviews but the bad ones. What makes a great company is how they respond to bad reviews. This owner takes the “barber business” serious and is displayed by the attention he gives to clients. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I was undecided about my hair cut but Alex was very professional and gave me one of the best hair cuts I've received in a long time. After this experience I will be a regular at Sean's. I had a brief conversation with the manager and my experience in his shop wasn't what I expected. It surprisingly surpassed all of my expectations. I recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a barber.

This review is coming several years late, but ever since I got my haircut here, I've never forgotten about this place, or the man who cut my hair. There's so many ways I could start out saying what's on my mind about this place, so I guess I'll just start out talking about the fade. The fade is my all time favorite cut for many reasons, all of them being obvious, and not worth explaining, except that it looks good on just about damn near anyone, and it helps present a clean appearance (which is great for a job interview). It's worthy to note that when it comes to a haircut, you get what you pay for, and I feel that every penny was singularly earned by the man who cut my hair. I've had a lot of barbers cut my hair, and up until I went to Sean's, Only one has compared, and this lady was damn good too!(literally like the female Jedi master of hair)...but that was about three years prior to me going to Sean's. I've gotten a lot of fades between those three years, including up until present day at a lot of different barber shops, up and down the east coast, and west coast. That's a span of about seven years. In all that time, only two barbers have made a lasting impression...if that doesn't paint the picture, then I don't know what will...shout out to Shot the barber, he's the one who cut my hair. If I was home in the 716 I would faithfully be your customer, until death do us part. Barbers like you are a rare gem.

Shot the barber is fantastic The owner Sean greets you and says good bye when you leave, his shop is clean, appointments will get you in the chair fast. I think its a great business that services towards the community is excellent! I highly recommend Sean House of Masters!
