Customer Reviews for Serasana
Cynthia Cronin — 5/5 (via Google)
Absolutely love the acupuncture services. I’ve had the opportunity to see three different therapists for varying treatment needs and every one of them has been top notch. The acupuncturists have all been very knowledgeable and excellent communicators about the treatment. I was also given some good advice for home care after my treatment. All of my interactions with the staff in general have been positive.

Wow, it was an amazing experience! I think it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I came into the peaceful space, I was greeted by a wonderful woman full of smiles and good energy, as well as complimentary tea. In a timely fashion I met Zenaida, who was professional and kind walking me through the process and discussed my preferred areas of focus. Honestly from start to finish Zenaida had the most powerful healing hands and forearms working through every bit, never skipping, it never felt rushed, I felt so taken care of. It felt incredible to have the stagnant energy and stress that had manifested itself physically in achy rigid areas to feeling like I was on a cloud! I loved how she actually gave the extra attention to where I had asked, and that the experience was so calming and relaxing. I also appreciated the calming atmosphere they have created at Serasana, and enjoyed the natural smell of massage oil it did not irritate my skin or leave me feeling greasy. I would recommend to anyone needing/wanting some self-care. Thank you Zenaida!

I have generally been satisfied with this massage center, but recently I experienced a few issues. At my previous appointment, the massage therapist was changed without informing me. At my most recent appointment, my booking for March 26 was entered into the system as February 26. They told me that reminder messages and emails were sent, but I did not confirm anything and did not see those notifications. I was initially asked to pay a fee for not showing up, which was upsetting; however, after I explained the situation, they understood the mistake was not on my side and decided not to charge me. Overall, I am satisfied with the center, but due to these issues, I am not sure if I will return.
