I had a full head of highlights and a style yesterday, by Lauren, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice about what would suit my hair. The colour is blended so nicely and the style made my hair look and feel amazing. The whole experience was lovely, such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and I felt really looked after. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

I’ve been coming to Serene for over 4 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have very thick afro hair that was damaged from years of relaxers, but since having GK straightening here my hair is now long, healthy and lush. The colour work is always spot on – perfectly matched to my natural tones, and great when I want to try something different. I’ve had my hair cut, coloured, straightened and styled by Claire, Jacqui G and Jacqui J – all amazing – and every member of the team is so caring and attentive. I recommend them so much that my sister travels from London, another visits from the USA, and my niece is next in line! If you want expert care and beautiful hair, this is the place.

Had a luxury blow dry with Lauren and she did excellent! Great head massage, nice talk and highly expierenced with treating frizzy hair like mine. My hair feels so soft and shines brilliantly. Thank you Lauren! I'd come back weekly if I lived over here =)

First visit to Serene very impressed with salon and service. Great haircut with Jacqui, proper consultation and good advice for my hair type. I don't like having my hair blow-dried so good to have the option of a wet cut with a lovely head massage and rough dry. So pleased with the result have had lots of commitments. Thank you

Had a cut and blow dry , fantastic service , great head massage , cut and style very good , Lauren is a lovely young lady, friendly and attentive and listened to what I wanted she did a great job I will be back 😀
