I had an amazing experience here! I got a builder gel manicure with cat eye gel polish and a gel pedicure, and I’m absolutely in love with how they turned out. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This was the best experience. I called ahead even though they take walkins. I told the owner how bad of experience I had with Angel nails I paid over 260 at Angel nails for my feet and nails and the nails broke before 1 week im not even going to speak on how bad my feet were. But the pedicure I got with Serene Nails and Brows was more than amazing exactly what I wanted I got the coffee pedicure. No detail left undone. This is now my new place. So happy with my outcome. OMG!!!! If you are in ALBANY, Georgia, and you do not go get your nails from this place you are definitely missing out! I needed to find someone who knew how to do “Tap” gel and went to several Salons on Ledo road but wasn’t successful. However, after being referred to Serene And after walking in the door, I was greeted with such positive energy and Great customer service! This is a sister duo teen who is hyper focused on making sure that the customers feel welcomed and I did. She told me go on the Internet and find whatever Style I need and she can do it. Mimi was my technician and she did an awesome job! Emily is so sweet. She met me at the door and she assured me that this was the place to be. I would definitely come back again.
