Great service! I had Susan for the 60M body massage, 30M facial and she was amazing and made sure she took care of my problem areas. The only thing I recommend is if they can some how get heating blankets or a heater for more comfort. It can get cold sometimes. It was my first time getting the 30M facial , I normally just do the body massage. It was okayyy, it felt more like water being put on my face than anything. I guess I was expecting more of a face, neck and shoulders massage. Overall good experience!

Our experience was really good. It would have been great but they forgot to walk on my back as it was part of the package.
Robin Cuson — 5/5 (via Google)
Absolutely wonderful experience! My girlfriends and I did the foot massages together in the 4 person chair room then each got a one hour massage. These folks know what they are doing and the price is amazing for the service you receive. Highly recommend this hidden gem in PTC!

My husband and I come here a few times a year to get massages and every time is very good. Yesterday we had a massage and I requested medium to hard pressure. My therapist was very good. I never had a deep tissue massage so I definitely mistaken when I asked for more hard pressure so I had to ask to go softer on the pressure a few times. My entire body feels like I had a really good release. I’m quite sore but that’s to be expected. All of that to say- is genuinely if you’re the person that needs deep tissue massage they definitely can do it here. I know these therapists work really hard and it’s very appreciated. We enjoy our experience at serenity every time we come here.

I had a wonderful service today with Brent. I called just before getting on the road to see if they had availability and they were able to accommodate it. Their packages are well priced and I opted for the 75 minute one. It started off with a warm foot bath and foot massage. I enjoyed delicious mango green tea during this portion. Then we moved to a private room for the full body. Brent took direction well and gave me the exact deep pressure I was look for. He checked in continuously and communicated what he was going to do before he did it. The massage was thorough and therapeutic. Everyone was very kind. They even have a loyalty card! I would definitely recommend and I will be back in the near future.
