Came to Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area for an event. Booked an appointment for a sew-in. The receptionist was amazing, courteous, kind to everyone. She also provided great wash. This salon really prides themselves in taking care of your hair and quality service. They don’t rushed and take care of each customer. Looking forward to visiting in the summer.

Really good service at Serenity Hair and Spa. I originally booked a colour change and silk press but after the specialist had a look at my hair they determined that it was too damaged and that I would need to do a few treatments before my hair was healthy enough to dye. I really appreciate that they care and looked after their clients hair to make sure it's healthy! They could have easily just taken my money and damaged my hair but they priosed my hair health. I got a hydration treatment, much needed hair trim and a silk press! I love my new healthy hair. Thank you!
