I can’t say enough good things about Serenity Nails & Spa! Ms. Rachel is, hands down, the best nail specialist I’ve ever had. Every visit feels special — she puts so much care into her work, and you can really tell she’s passionate about what she does. The materials she uses are top-notch, and her designs are always beautiful and completely custom to what I want. I walk out happy every single time. Rachel’s attention to detail and creativity make every appointment feel like a treat. She genuinely listens to her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you love the results. The salon itself is spotless, relaxing, and feels truly luxurious. We’re lucky to have such a talented and dedicated professional in Lutherville Timonium. If you want the best nails and a fantastic experience, this is the place!

My technician Sandy is amazing! Only four stars because the scheduling system seems off. I had a manicure/ pedicure appointment well in advance. Had booked 2 hours for my services.Was unable to get the pedicure because she was 45 minutes behind. This has happened the last two times and I go there regularly. Need to figure it out because people are on a schedule and budget our time accordingly.

Rachel is amazing! Very precise and professional! She’d done a fantastic job! The place is also very clean and they have a massive collection of new colors and designs. I get a lot of compliments for my nails wherever I go!

Mimi always does a perfect job. She is meticulous! I am not happy with the owners decision to charge $10 to soak cuticles. Isn’t that the most basic part of a manicure? It should be included and if they need to increase the cost of the manicure than that is fine but $10 to dial hands in water is a turn off. .
