I’ve been coming here for 9 years and getting my hair done with Johanny. I am so grateful I found her 9 years ago and that she's still here so that she can provide my hair needs. From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for—and that has never changed over the years. I get a deep conditioner and then I have my hair flat-iron straight towards the end of service. While I do not have type 4 hair, Johanny always makes sure my hair stays healthy, hydrated, and looking its best every visit. Every single visit, I leave looking pretty, refreshed, and feeling my absolute best. As a Hispanic woman myself, I truly appreciate the sense of care, warmth, and community you feel the moment you walk into the salon. The team reflects the beauty of our diverse Hispanic cultures, and that genuine hospitality and attention to detail shows in every visit. Here's to many more years of service together!!

I’ve been coming to this salon since I was 16 years old, and I’m turning 27 tomorrow that alone should speak volumes. Johanny has been doing my hair since my very first visit, and I was genuinely saddened to see a recent negative review about her because it does not reflect my experience at all. Johanny is respectful, loving, patient, and truly cares about her clients. She has always made me feel comfortable and valued, and I trust her completely with my hair. Not only her, but ALL of the women who work here are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. You are always greeted with smiles and positive energy the moment you walk in. Regarding the negative review: it was stated that small rollers were visible and available at Johanny’s station. That claim simply doesn’t make sense. From the front desk or waiting area, it is impossible to see what tools are inside her station. In order to see rollers at her station, you would have to be seated in her chair and her drawers would have to be open. For that reason, I truly believe that statement was inaccurate and misleading. The review also mentioned having 4C hair and implied that Johanny did not want to do the work. I strongly disagree with that claim. I have personally witnessed clients with many different hair textures and hair types sit in Johanny’s chair (or another stylist chair), and she treats everyone with the same level of care, patience, and professionalism. Suggesting otherwise is simply false. I have also been present during times when rude or difficult customers have come in, and despite being treated poorly, the staff still provided excellent service with grace and respect. That level of professionalism speaks for itself. I completely disagree with the negative review and believe it was biased and untrue. My experiences here over the past decade have been consistently positive, and this salon and Johanny deserve recognition for the love and hard work they put into their clients. I highly recommend coming here. Johanny, thank you for doing my hair for the last decade including today! I appreciate you and ALL the women who work in this salon! ❤️

I would recommend this place it’s a Great experience been going to Johanny for a while and hair last for over a month . She takes her time with each person she meets to make sure the experience is a good one while making sure you make healthy hair decisions for your hair .

I’ve been going to Johanny for over 4 years now! It’s alway an amazing experience. Great service, friendly staff and my hair always comes out beautiful. My hair has grown soooo much! Shout out to Johanny
