I called on a Tuesday asking to get in before a wedding on Thursday. They were able to squeeze me in and the stylist, Natalie, did an AMAZING job! I was also very impressed with the owner, Sabrina. She noticed that I was charged incorrectly for the services I received and she reached out to me to get it corrected. She handled it professionally and quickly and I appreciated that she called as soon as she noticed the mistake and wanted to make it right. Way to go Natalie and Sabrina!!! You made me feel confident with my new haircut and color, and I know that I can trust you to take care of and do the right thing for your customers from start to finish!

I went to 2 other places for my eyelashes extensions and they were different every time. They fell off easily and looked different after each visit. I finally came to Shear Indulgence and saw Sabrina! My lashes stayed on and my appointments for a lash fill were shorter visits. I having going for the past two years and she has been very consistent with my lashes being the same. They look and feel very natural!!! Exactly what I want! Thank you! 😀
