The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Shelly was so lovely and welcoming, and she did an incredible job on my sister’s hair. She had a wash, cut and blow-dry, and honestly, for the price you can’t go wrong — it was 100% worth it. The blow dry that Jill did was beautiful super voluminous and bouncy exactly how she wanted it. My sister absolutely loves her hair! The level of customer service and attention to detail was insane. Even after finishing the blow-dry, Shelly continued adding final touches, saying she wanted it to be perfect for an everyday look. That extra care really shows how passionate she is about her work. We really appreciate the effort and professionalism, and we’ll most definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend going to Shelly’s. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so lovely and instantly made me feel comfortable. Shelly herself is absolutely amazing! I had a cut, wash, blow-dry and style, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole team is incredibly talented and so friendly. I’m in love with my hair — the most perfect, bouncy finish. I’ve been to Shelly’s multiple times now — first for a facial and waxing, then for my keratin treatment, and most recently for my graduation day for a wash, blow-dry, silk press, eyebrows and eyeshadow. Every single visit has been amazing! The staff are so friendly and make you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m honestly so happy with all my results — they never disappoint. I even brought my friend with me, and I’m pretty sure they’ve gained another regular client! A big thank you to Layla and everyone who helped me feel beautiful 😻💗✨ I highly recommend Shelly’s to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous results.

Layla did my hair and she was so friendly and welcoming — she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She really went above and beyond, taking the time to explain what she was doing at every stage, listening carefully to what I wanted, and making sure she fully understood my hair type. I had layers and feathering done, and she executed it perfectly — the end result was exactly what I asked for and suited my hair type beautifully. As a covering girl, I really appreciated how respectful and considerate the team were — they made sure I had the privacy I needed throughout my visit. Overall, such a lovely experience and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning.
