I absolutely love this place and have been coming for years! However, today I had a bit of a mixed experience with my manicure. There was some polish on my skin, and my cuticles weren't taken care of as well as I hoped. I had to remind the technician a few times to take care of them. I noticed she was pretty distracted with her texting, which made it tough to focus on my nails. I totally get that they have personal things to handle, but I’d appreciate it if they could focus a bit more during appointments. Looking forward to my next visit and hoping for a better experience! My technician for my toe nails did an amazing job.
