I have been going to Shiny Nails on Happy Valley for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. I don't have a favorite technician becaue everyone is friendly and helpful. They have made recommendations when I don't know what's best, and listen to me when I have special requests. Even though I recently moved, I still choose to go to Shiny Nails because I know I can count on them for consistency and great service.

My husband and I brought our daughter here for a full set and we got pedicures. We were very happy with our pedicures, but my daughters nails were not the best. They had a simple french tip and I feel for $70-$80 the lady could have done better. They are already lifting and one has popped off that I had to glue back on. Other than that my daughter was happy with her nails. The pedicures were great we went with the cheapest one as they were very pricey for the packages they offer. All in all this place seems good, but I dont think they are the best for smaller kids. I would not recommend for smaller girls/boys. I do think they are a bit overpriced as well. I know prices have gone up on a lot of things and people should be compensated fairly for their work. This place was VERY expensive though.

Mimi was nice not very friendly and tried her best on the design I showed. Place was clean and we were definitely greeted coming in and sat down quickly even though they were already busy.
