I had my first Hollywood wax with Kim and she was absolutely amazing! I was quite nervous since it was my first time, but she made me feel so comfortable straight away. Kim was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was okay at every step. The experience was much better than I expected thanks to her. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone, especially if it’s your first time!
