The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Being my daughter's first haircut at an age she will remember, every effort was made to keep her smiling and onboard. What really impressed me was that, me being a single father, and without me asking, she explained to me how to do Rumi braids at home, knowing that it could mean fewer visits, yet still took the time to to give me a quick rundown. My 10 year old son has longish curly hair and it’s so hard to find someone comfortable with cutting curly hair who actually does a great job. Nicole was awesome, made him feel comfortable and checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy with the process. She did exactly what we asked for and he loves how his hair looks and feels now. We will definitely be back!

It was my fault for not paying attention the whole time, as I had my 4 year old with me. I showed the lady a picture of the way my wife and 8 year old son wanted his hair. She asked some questions and we let her know what we wanted. It seems like she did the complete opposite of what we asked her. It wasn’t until we stopped to get something to eat when I noticed how badly his hair was cut. This was the second time being here where the cut was just completely amateur. We will never be back. ***Update*** Nicole is the BEST. She reached out to me and my wife, gave us a refund and offered to fix our son’s hair free of charge. She was extremely professional and communicative and was able to get us in 3 days later. Our son was looking sharp just in time for his birthday party. Everyone makes mistakes, that’s understandable. But it’s so refreshing to see a business stand by their work and go above and beyond. I will absolutely be back with Nicole.
