Wonderful place, I had a very relaxing lymphatic massage and my skin feels wonderful. Everyone was so lovely and nice. Went with my partner who had the party prep facial and loved it as well. Well worth it and I'd recommend to anyone.

Editing my review from 3 to 4 stars for how this location handled the situation once they reached out to speak over the phone. They agreed that communication failed in this situation and assured me it’s not typical. Based on that, and my friend’s experience for the last 1.5 years at this location I’m inclined to believe them. I’m looking forward to my next appt with PJ. ————- This review is specifically for how the front desk handles any sort of changes and communication. Swapped my esthetician, PJ, that I specifically booked without as much as a heads up - only found out when I was being taken back. Turns out she was feeling unwell, which is 100% fine, but to not even notify when the front desk called earlier that day to specifically ask me to come in earlier for the SAME person is absurd. This was also for my birthday and they did not honor the birthday add-on I was told about at my previous appointment. This was only my 2nd visit and, honestly, still not sure it’s worth the lack of communication to go back but I have the monthly membership so I figured I’ll try one more time.
