Hands down the best stylist I’ve ever been to. The entire experience felt calm, thoughtful, and unrushed. He really listened and made choices that felt intentional and tailored to me, not generic. I felt comfortable trusting Dean right away. The cut and color are amazing — natural, flattering, and easy to live with. My hair moves beautifully and looks good in every kind of light. It already feels like it’s going to grow out really well. Dean even said I looked like a different person leaving than when I walked in — and honestly, I felt that too. Highly recommend. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed.

I’ve never met another colorist/stylist like Dean. He has so much knowledge and passion for what he does and you feel how much he cares for his clients. He also cares about health, not only hair health but body health and uses and sells clean products. I unfortunately live states away from the salon so I can’t see Dean for my color and cuts but I have purchased a ton of my products through Dean and he has always been so incredibly helpful. My most recent purchase was Oway Blue Moon Hair Bath. This is by far the best shampoo that I’ve tried for my icy blonde hair and I go through it so fast. Dean was able to sell me a Backbar size that lasts much longer. It completely removes and prevents any brass and has my dry hair feeling soft and silky. I’m truly thankful to have found Dean and his salon.

There is not a high enough rating scale for Dean’s talents. I started going to him about 5 years ago after a huge goof at another salon. My hair was fried and actually had a chunk missing where they had fried it off. Past my shoulders ruined hair. Dean brought my hair back to life and is also just a great person to be around. Balayage, highlights, ash blonde, beach blonde, red, layers, trim, textured ends. He is amazingly talented and does a rock star job at all of it. Carries the best products but is never a pushy sales person. I cannot say enough good things. Go! You deserve it! Updating 2022 with photos from our almost 7 years of hair adventures!! Thanks, Dean, for amazing hair!!!

Dean at Simply Colour is a gem. He took the time to listen to me and talk through a plan for my hair. He doesn’t double book so you have his full attention during your appointment. I’m very pleased with the color and cut he gave me - so much easier than my previous color/ cut. He even teaches you how to care for and style your hair. I look forward to my next appointment.
