I just have to say, phenomenal customer service and I didnt even go to them. I texted the number impatiently at 5 am because my 4 week old nose piercing fell out and I was having a panic attack because I couldn't get it in. Whoever texted back told me they were busy, but if they got a cancelation I could come in really fast around 8 pm. I didnt hear back so just assumed no cancel, and not a big deal. Whoever, must of known I was going to be impatient, because at 8 :30 last night they texted just to make sure I got it taken care of. So I just really appreciate the above and beyond care for someone who wasn't even actually a customer. I would have expected them to leave it to me to reach out if I needed their help still, and just really appreciate and grateful that there are artists/piercers/employees, out there that care that much. So thank you again for your help yesterday, again, even though you didnt physically help me, the patience and understanding was more than enough to bring me as a future customer for sure!

Went there for my car clubs get together & was pleasantly surprised. A few members got tattoos & they were beautifully done. Very intricate & reasonably priced. Well worth the drive from Reno. They also do piercings. Will be going back for sure. Nicest people & the shop is nice.
