I did the Fast Face Treatment and complimentary birthday LED with Dermalux. Natalie had the best service and was so friendly and kind. She listened to my skin concerns and provided some samples to take home. Thoroughly enjoyed the facial, pore cleaning and massage. Was so relaxing. The LED was a great way to top it off. 10/10 would book again with Natalie!

Sue has the best energy and personality, could not recommend her enough! Time and time again she does a fantastic job! Shae on reception is polite, and efficient. Definitely check them out!

Had a super positive experience with skin social, both online and in clinic. The girls are so warm and welcoming, including the girls working behind the scenes in the warehouse. I hired an LED flex device and was super happy with my experience. Also attended the clinic for led sessions and found the process super efficient :)

I tried calling Skin Social multiple times today and no one’s picked up. Tried ordering some products online earlier today but the website has been really glitchy and not letting me purchase. I then travelled out to the clinic before 6pm and buy the products in person but see they have shut shop even though Google says you close at 6pm. In the past they’ve gotten my delivery order wrong, and now this. UPDATE: Sarah, owner of Skin Social reached out to me as soon as she saw this and tried to mend this from her end. Appreciate the prompt response and the effort these guys make to keep their customers happy and returning.
