I’ve been a client of SKINnovative Laser and Aesthetics for about two years, and I can honestly say the owners genuinely care about helping their clients achieve real results. They are transparent and upfront — they don’t promise instant miracles and clearly explain when a treatment may take longer than expected. I started my journey with laser hair removal, and everything was explained in detail: how the procedure works, what to expect, and how many sessions would realistically be needed. While not all hair was completely gone after 10 sessions (legs and underarms are almost hair-free, and the bikini area needs a few more sessions), I am extremely happy with the results. Most importantly, I never felt misled — unlike experiences I’ve had elsewhere. I’ve also had Botox treatments, which were performed with great care and professionalism. The provider took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The results were very natural and exactly what I was hoping for. In addition, I’ve had a facial treatment that left my skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and truly renewed. The attention to detail and personalized approach made a noticeable difference. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly with a smile, offered coffee or tea, and even a little treat. The clinic is spotless — truly “Monica clean” — and equipped with modern technology. The staff always makes you feel safe, cared for, and listened to, answering every question with patience and expertise. I will absolutely continue being a client of SKINnovative Laser and Aesthetics and look forward to exploring more of the treatments they offer.

I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend this place. I came in for laser hair removal and also had a peeling and facial with massage, and everything was absolutely amazing. The clinic is clean, modern, and very relaxing. The nurses and staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well informed during every step of the treatments. Alina was absolutely amazing — super professional, caring, and made the entire experience even better. The facial felt very luxurious and left my skin refreshed and glowing. The laser treatment was done carefully and professionally. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and results exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this clinic!

I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent from start to finish very nice, professional, and truly caring. My CO2 laser treatment turned out even better than I expected. I absolutely love my results. Highly recommend

I’m so impressed with this med spa- first, the price is excellent. I had a Co2 Cool Peel for the first time and the nurse, Coral, was extremely well-versed in aesthetics and a former RN at Ceders Sinai. She thoroughly explained the process and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The place is lovely but not over the top (because I’d rather have a lower price point than pay for a super luxurious office). Everyone including Coral, the receptionists Michael and Adeni and the esthetician Alina were very warm, friendly and helpful. No upsell pressure which I appreciate. Lots of parking right in front. Great music. Great follow up. A totally great experience and my skin is looking really refreshed and healthy! Looking forward to returning soon!
