Every time I visit, it is exceptional, but today was just noticeably exceptional. When I arrived, I was asked how I was, and when I explained that I had a bit of a headache, I was immediately offered a glass of infused water, which was just what the doctor ordered. Lori-Marie remembered that I had just been to London with my family, asked me about the trip, and acknowledged my new husband in conversation. How refreshing to feel noticed. Just that extra element made the day for me. I left with all my new products and feeling amazing. Thank you, Lori-Marie, for a wonderful appointment. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Really enjoyable experience, few little things I could offer as potential improvements but it didn’t take away from the highly enjoyable experience overall. Indian head massage was amazing, very relaxing, the only thing I would comment would be in the past I have had these done while relaxed on the bed with head section slightly raised which would’ve been more comfortable than the small chair. Full body hot stone massage was excellent and my only feedback here would be in salons down south they check in with you more to ensure you are warm enough, pressure is ok etc which for myself is not too much of an issue as I would speak up if required however it’s a nice touch to check in with client more. The room was a little chilly but I run cold so might just be me, maybe a cosy blanket over the towel could be considered. As I said though throughly enjoyable experience and I will definitely book again! Thank you.
