Was not planning on get a hair cut but I stopped in and I'm so glad I did!!! I knew my hair was bad but she knew it was really bad. ( I knew it was too) . I love my hair cut. I love that we had great conversation and I walked into a day where it was cheaper. Can't beat that!

*** EDIT!!! So, after posting my experience Jack from Smart Style reached out to me the next day. He was on it to make sure that this was fixed. Day after that Britanie reached out to me asking me to come in so she could make things right and she did! She is a miracle worker!!! She took what I thought would be 100% not fixable and made my hair look amazing again and didn’t charge me anything to do so. Also gave me products that will help repair my hair and is continuing to go above and beyond to make things right. A HUGE thank you to Jack & Britanie for standing by your clients and making sure to make things right In those instances where things may go wrong. Posting updated pictures to show the magic that was done today. Thanks again!!!!! ** last picture is what my hair was SUPPOSED to look like. Fast forward to today and my my hair is breaking and thinning at a rapid pace. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have been getting my hair done for over 25 years and I have NEVER had an experience like this one. I’m losing my hair!!!!!! I’m a single parent so I work my ass off and treat myself once every 6 months to having my hair done. I have a special event coming up this Thursday so then was as good time as any to treat myself. I went in on October 18, 2025 for highlights, lowlights and a trim. After SEVEN HOURS I ended up leaving with ORANGE hair. I called on Monday and specifically said “if you can’t fix it please just give me my money back”. She insisted she could. So like an idiot I went back in yesterday and long story short my hair is DESTROYED!!!! I brushed it this morning and my brush was full of hair. I looked down in my sink and there was so much hair I just started crying. My hair is now so thin it’s insane. It’s literally ruined. So, ELEVEN hours total and $310 later and I received the worst color of my life. I’m devastated. Do those pictures look like hair that’s just been trimmed to you? It did until she totally ruined my hair. It’s broken off so much that it’s totally uneven. Never mind the color that was left on my face. Had my hair not turned into a combo of looking like the crypt keeper and Joe Dirt I wouldn’t have minded that part so much. Don’t ever go here unless you want someone to totally ruin your hair.
