Latecia is a ROCKSTAR!! Me and my husband came in for cuts. She was the only stylist in at the time but she never once wavered from her client. She stayed as focused and give him the best haircut she could. When my husband sat in the chair, we explained a bad experience and hoped she could help. Not only did she help to took the time to changed according to the growth pattern. She gave him the best haircut he's had in 3 years, his words not mine. Finally when she got to me she was beyond personable I truly left feeling like a friend. This the cutest cut I have had in years! She washed all the styling products from NYE out and then dried my hair. From point of contact to paying and leaving she was absolutely AMAZING! Her coworker called in that she would be late arriving (she was nearly 2 hours late), this left Latecia alone. She did awesome holding her patience, providing amazing service and more. I know of three clients who walked in this morning me and my husband were set in stone- she's our stylist.
