I highly recommend Alanna Bates! She understood exactly what i wanted and did the exact cut that I wanted. The results are better than I had anticipated and I am definitely going to her from now on! It's really hard to find someone that does such an amazing job! I'm so pleased with my hair! I give her 5 stars bc she truly deserves it!

I was a walk in haircut and Bree had informed me that she was the only one there and she had already booked 2 people so she did not have time to work me in.This was at 2:42pm and her next booking was at 2:45p,Bree then said I wish you was about 20 minutes sooner,I told her that was no problem just thought I would try ;I then asked if I could wait around just incase her 2:45 was a no show and she said sure! Bree then said come on I’ll start with you,apparently 2:45 was not on time.She cut my hair just how I asked and kept a positive attitude,she was professional and friendly and I was done within minutes.While cutting my hair Bree talked about her 10 year class reunion that she had today and was excited about. She had also mentioned that she has worked long hours and mostly working days on her own. I would like to mention that is a lot to ask of a stylist in such a high volume place. That should never happen with such a large company as this one;maybe The company should manage this better to keep from putting undue stress on employees who clearly want and need and even love their job. Bree in fact handle herself very well professionally today and should be recognized for such!
