Wow this a Wonderful place to get your hair done. Was treated with a lot of respect. She remembered talking to me on the phone and knew what I wanted done. Sorry I can’t remember her name. Beautiful smile and attitude. I will return in 6 weeks and get a trim so I can keep my hair healthy.

I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars as I went in on Saturday, and Manager Brittany fixed my original cut and then added some layers at my request, and I am beyond satisfied and totally happy with the end result. Brittany is very skilled in her field and was a true joy to chat with while she cut my hair. As for Zoey who did the original cut, I have faith that she can and will learn from her mistakes and that she will eventually become a skilled stylist. A famous quote that I've always appreciated says it all.... "It's not our mistakes that define us, it's what we learn from them." Thanks, Brittany and best of luck, Zoey!!!!! My appt ended up being a walk in on Nov 5, 2025 cause I cldnt make it to the appt I scheduled onlinel. As much as I hate to complain, I am not just dissatisfied with my cut but am in total shock that a salon wld hire someone who hasn't the skills to do an easy cut. I have fine but thick, straight hair that was just above my shoulders and simply asked that we cut it into a bob to just below my ears. I'm not a hair stylist but logic tells me that this wld be considered a simple haircut. The stylist who helped me was very personable and sweet, but it was clear to me a few cuts into the cut that she did not know what she was doing was too late at that point to renig as the locks on my neck were already 3-3.5 inches shorter. But I did, at this point, inquire nicely if she had been trained at an actual hair school because nothing she was showing me indicated that she had been properly trained or had been but didn't grasp what she had learned. The way she cut my hair was what I wld expect of someone with zero training in the this field. And quite frankly, I think most people, despising untrained, cld have done a better job. If i can post photos of the cut, I will do so and my complaints will be fully understood. And the shock I feel will be felt.
