Ella always knows what I am looking for in a hair cut before I even tell her. I was thinking of going an extra half inch and Ella saw my hesitation, and she said "leave it for now, and if you change your mind we can always take the extra 1/2 inch off." Which I thought was sweet of her. She could have say "sure let's do it" and risk me being disappointed in going shorter, but she took my feelings to heart and made me feel better by doing as she suggested. Thanks Ella!
