I went to SmartStyle expecting a small trim, I left with a lot more than that!. The hairstylist who did my appointment was very nice and payed attention to details that I hadnt known existed. She saw the hard water built-up on my hair that I didnt know about, and gave me all kinds of solutions and even cut and washed it off my ends. She gave me recommendations for shampoo and conditioner to help my problem in store, and I even got a refund.
