So friendly, helpful and easy to explain my issues with my hair and how to fix it. Jessica was able to suggest ideas and create the hairstyle I wanted. She gave an awesome scalp massage as well!!

Our stylist Sarah was great! She was well versed on today's trends and helped my 11 year old pick a style that worked for her, while still giving her what she wanted from another style. I highly recommend Sarah! Edited: Sarah was just as awesome as last time! She literally puts a smile on my daughter's face and makes her feel great about herself!

In any service oriented job, customer service is number 1. Communication and listening is number 2. And talent in your field, is number 3. Cheryl Hemerson at SmartStyle exceeds in all 3 to a perfect balance. She greeted me at the counter with an inquisitive conversation. She got to know me and my request beautifully, as she also shared who she was which opened the service to a perfect understanding. As she put me at ease with what I could expect, the next step was talent. Only weeks previously at an alternate hair "care" company, 6 inches was removed from a long overdue haircut due to recuperating from an accident 7 months ago. That person didn't fulfill 1, 2, or 3. To give you an idea of what I originally requested from the other company, Cheryl had to remove 4 to 6 more inches off to get what I truly wanted. Will I be a repeat customer? You can count on it. Now, don't take up ALL of her time slots, because I will be seeing her from here on out. Called in and set up your appointment early, I will. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you Cheryl!
