Gabriella was very friendly. The cut was simple. She offered solutions for my calling. She offered a light Paul Mitchell for my hair, she showed me how to use it. She didn't show me the product or encourage me to purchase it. The pricing was terrible. Every thing I wanted done cost $$. I felt I was being nickel & dimed unnecessarily. The salon should offered a package deal. Oh, and after I left I realized she didn't hand me a mirror to look at the back of my hair. And I had a fair amount of Grey hair. When it was all done I noticed I could still see where all the grey was. She said it would have cost too much and she felt like she was charging too much because I reacted to the prices. She said $80 for a 2nd color bowl. I had the money could afford it and would have done it. I have not cut my hair and it is broken everywhere. She said it was not that bad. Hmm. Ok. My husband had his haircut and it looked great. Overall my hair was much better than when I walked in there.😃

I stopped by on a whim to get my gray roots colored. I spoke with the stylist regarding what I wanted (cover the gray, no hair in my face as a style). Krissa was very knowledgeable and helpful, doing an excellent job of matching the color of the rest of my hair.
