First of the young lady Crystal did a fantastic job on my Haircut. I was very pleased. However, trying to call the salon I left two voicemails no return call went to the website tried to book an appointment. Only one person that said was available. I went ahead and accepted that person which was Tracy.. When I arrived at the salon, there was nobody no customers just Crystal. I gave my name And said I had an appointment with Tracy . HOWEVER TRACY , Tracy only works weekends ! She apologized and said she didn’t know why the website let me let me book an appointment for that time because there was already a person booked at 12:30 she said she could do me at 1 o’clock. I said OK I’d come right back. I ask why I left two voicemails and no one returned my call, she apologized and said there had been no voicemails. Otherwise she personally would’ve called me back so there were three people listed as stylist that day. Crystal was the only one there the other one that was supposed to be there with her had a doctors appointment and she didn’t know when she would be in. I came back at 1 o’clock. Crystal proceeded to give me my haircut. I was very pleased. However, the phone never rang one time the whole time we were there no other stylist came in while we were there. When asked who owned that salon. The only thing Crystal could tell us was that a couple owned it, but she had no contact information so to whoever owns the salon. DO BETTER! You are running at the bare minimum. Fix your website find out what’s wrong with your phone so that if there is a Voicemail left, it can be retrieved. We were there for over an hour between waiting and getting my haircut and as I said that phone never rang one time. DO BETTER!

I was in town for Christmas visiting my sister, we stopped at Walmart for some groceries and I saw Smart style in the store. I had been in bad need of a haircut, so I figured "What the heck, I'll give it a try." Kelly was all alone in there, and was very friendly... She listened to what I wanted and did a excellent job. Thank you Kelly!
