Claudia was so nice made me feel comfortable on my first appointment. It was fast and easy. There was plenty of parking. The environment was super cute and clean. I already set up my second appointment.

I highly recommend getting laser hair removal from Smooth! The facility is clean, and as soon as I checked in on the kiosk, the nurse came out to get me from the waiting room. I was told there’s several different locations within the DMV. The great thing about Smooth laser is that I can choose separate options, and I don’t need to get a full membership which is a lot more flexible.

Currently going through the laser hair removal process and smooth dmv is really making this process seamless. The office is immaculate and well designed. There are refreshments available for clients. The atmosphere overall is exceptional. I would recommend!!

It was my first time having a laser hair removal treatment and I had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, they explained the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment. The place was clean and the treatment was fast. Although it is my first session, I left with a very good impression and I am excited to continue with the next sessions. I would definitely recommend it.

My first laser hair removal experience was amazing! The service I did was for the first time client free underarm. I was a little nervous at first, but the whole process was so smooth and professional. The space was clean, the vibe was relaxing, and everything was explained to me step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment was quicker and more comfortable than I imagined, and I’m already noticing how soft and smooth my skin feels. Highly recommend!🥰✨️
