I had an incredible spa experience, and a huge part of what made it so special was the amazing management. Heidi and Jill truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, welcoming, and relaxing from start to finish. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests really sets this place apart. The massages themselves were outstanding. Larken and Tayla were both highly skilled, attentive, and intuitive—easily some of the best massage work I’ve had. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and tailored the experience perfectly to my needs. Between the exceptional management and the talented therapists, this spa delivers a top-tier experience. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be back!

Best massage ever. I sat in the Grotto for 45 minutes before my massage and relaxed in the lovely setting. The massage was just what I needed for self-care time. Thank you Soothe Spa and Leah my therapist. It was perfect.

We both got the ultimate zen (absolutely worth it) and our therapists were incredible. It was a perfect reset after a week on the mountain. I had Stuart and he was absolutely wonderful. Front desk staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that staff would tell groups of people to be quiet in the grotto, that really pulled me out of the relaxation when people were loudly talking while I was in the sauna and spa.

Wonderful experience at Sooth spa. I received three treatments - a custom facial, manicure and massage that were all some of the best I’ve ever had - amazing. At the spa you receive full access to the grotto and work out room all day and night until 10 pm. It was beautiful space and very relaxing. My facial was tailored to my needs and even did some extractions. Very relaxing and massaged my arms and hands. My massage was the perfect pressure and targeting my back and neck well which I had requested. My manicure was so nice with hand masssge and hot towel treatment.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Soothe. I had Kim and my friend had Hannah for our massages. Kim has lovely energy and a healing touch. My friend said that Hannah’s massage was strong and helped with her neck pain. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were well attended and the grotto and steam room were a real treat for us after our massages. We enjoyed the fresh water and yummy tea during our time there as well as mimosas to enjoy in the grotto. The front desk associate also let us know that our access to the facilities extended into the rest of the day, should we want to leave and come back. This might become our yearly mud season ritual now 😊
