When I tell you Gladys did not disappoint with my eyebrows I mean it! She is absolutely the GOAT when it comes to beauty. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she truly knows how to enhance your natural features. Her entire team is so welcoming and professional, which makes the experience even better. The updated renovations are stunning and very aesthetic — such a beautiful, comfortable space. Hands down the best in town for nails, eyebrows, and makeup. Highly recommend!

I’m in Cordele for work this week and needed to get a pedicure so decided to take a chance and stop in here after work. They close at 6pm and I walked in around 525pm expecting to be turned away like most places do. That wasn’t the case here! As I walked in, I was politely greeted with friendly smiles and was asked what services I was looking for. Told them I needed a pedicure and I was seated right away. The young girl (didn’t catch her name) was amazing! Matter of fact, all of the ladies that work here is amazing. They are all friendly, professional and very sociable with the customers. I loved their work dynamic with each other. You can tell they all love working with each other and enjoyed what they do. I was amazed that the young lady doing my pedicure took her time and did not rush my pedicure (since it was close to closing time). She did such an amazing job! If I ever have to work in Cordele again and need a pedicure I would definitely come back to this place!

Regarding the second-to-last review: We do not have any record of this client in our database. Anyone who has visited our salon knows how I operate and how important communication is to me. Not responding to a client is not consistent with how I run my business. If this individual would like to contact us directly, we would be more than happy to address any concerns. Regarding the most recent review mentioning a “fungus”: Ma’am, I am truly sorry you experienced nail chipping. However, what appears in the photo is what we in the nail industry refer to as “greenies.” This occurs when moisture becomes trapped under a lifted enhancement. When nails begin to lift and are not removed or properly filled, moisture can get underneath, causing discoloration. This is not a fungal infection caused by the salon. It is typically the result of lifting combined with moisture exposure. Proper maintenance and timely fills are extremely important to prevent this from happening. At Southern Nail Salon, we prioritize health, sanitation, and proper nail care at the highest level. I can confidently assure you that sanitation was not the issue in this situation.
